NARESH SABHARWAL

Mr. Sabharwal is a founder promoter of the Shivam Group and has experience of over 32 years in Construction, Real Estate, Hotels & Resorts, Turnkey Projects and International Trade. He has constructed the world's first 4 star deluxe hotel at altitude of 11,000 feet in the Himalayas. He has proven himself of being able to run both large and small business, successfully developing them into their full potential. He is also actively involved with various chamber of commerce in different capacity and frequently helping the poor or orphan for their education & food.

PER OBERG

Mr. Oberg is a graduate in Economics and Behavior science. MP-DU (National Democratic development board of a political party, a party that was started by Mr Oberg and 4 other people in the year of 1980 and which now always holds a number of sits in the National Parliament and all county parliaments and most councils in Sweden. He is a ex Member of Stockholm County Parliament and Councillor of Botkyrka Municipal, Stockholm County, 12 years. Then Mr Oberg has also been the Board Member of a number of big companies in Sweden and around the globe. Mr Oberg is a Business Developer specialist on Business between India and Europe. Mr Oberg has also helped a number of business people to start and/or develop business particularly in the area of manufacturing companies, International Trade and a shipping company

KAVIRAJ SINGH

Kaviraj Singh is the founder and managing partner of Trustman & Co that he formed in the year 1998. Mr. Singh has essentially practiced in the areas of commercial laws with specialization in foreign investment, banking and real estate, regulatory compliance laws. He also practiced in the area of foreign investments by regularly advising multinational corporations on establishing and doing business in India. Mr. Singh is a founding Chair, India Chapter of New York State Bar Association, International Section. Mr. Kaviraj Singh also worked for New York State Department of Economic Development as a Director of India office. Mr. Singh is presented with memento by the Consular General of United State of America Consulate at New Delhi. He is currently serving as President, Legal Cell of Indo-American Friendship Group and is also serving as Director of PIOCCI.

SUKHBIR SINGH

Has an experience of 20 years in various Government departments at various positions and was responsible for evaluation of projects for setting up industry in an Special Economic Zone for five years. He set up a manufacturing unit at Noida for engineering items after taking voluntary retirement from the government.

Due to his association with the SEZ, he has been nominated as Vice Chairman, Northen Regional Council for Special Economic Zone, Ministry of Finance, India. Its main role is to formulate the policy of SEZ and regulating the proper functioning of SEZ. He is also office bearer of various chambers of commerce in India. Sukhbir Singh is also managing director of Ess Gulliver ladders MFG Co (P) Ldt that is joint venture with French Company for manufacture of ladders in India of international standard.
